1. Data Collection and Usage

The App operates primarily locally on your device, with specific exceptions for fetching your schedule and providing iOS system features (outlined below). We do not use any analytics, user tracking, crash reporting services, or advertising frameworks that monitor your behavior.

2. Schedule Data & Local Storage

To provide its core functionality, the App downloads your personal educational schedule directly from isa.fr.ch (the IS-Academia platform).

• Direct Connection: The App establishes a direct connection from your device to isa.fr.ch. Your login credentials and downloaded schedules never pass through any servers owned or operated by us.
• Strictly Local Storage: Once the schedule data is successfully downloaded, it is stored strictly within the secure local storage of your device to enable offline access.

3. Live Activities & Apple Push Notification (APN) Services

To support the iOS "Live Activity" feature (which displays your current class status on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island), the App briefly interacts with Apple's APN servers.

• Data Sent: When a Live Activity is active, the App sends only the current event's room number, time, and class name to Apple's APN server.
• Automatic Deletion: This minimal data is used solely to update the Live Activity interface. It is automatically deleted from the APN system immediately at the end of the scheduled event. This data is never stored on our own developer servers.

4. Security

Because all application data is stored locally on your device or temporarily routed through Apple's secure infrastructure for system features, the security of your schedule data relies entirely on the physical and software security measures of your own device (e.g., screen locks, biometrics).

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Any modifications are effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
